Your first contact with my office will be with Lucy who runs my front desk. She has been with me since 2001 and my patients tell me she is caring and efficient staff and I pleased to have her as an employee.

As with all current office there are a lot of forms to fill out. You can get these forms off off my website and have them filled out in advance. All these forms are necessary to facilitate my ability as a treating doctor to handle your condition or to comply with current regulation and/or insurance needs. The more I know about you and your condition the better I can help you. Any tests that have been done such as; X-ray, CAT, MRI, EMG, etc. of any part of your body, are important for me to know about in order to help you in the most efficient possible manner.
After filling out the forms I will sit down with you and talk to you about your history and condition. This first consultation is very important so that I can best decide how to help you. This will be follow by an examination. After the examination we will have another conversation about the findings and what I want to do for you.
Everyone is an individual and I am interested in knowing everything that is important to know about your condition and along the way how you will respond to treatment. I have my office next to the hospital because I think it is very important to work within the medical establishment. I work with your medical doctors not against them.

I vary my treatments depending on the needs of you, the patient. My manipulations vary from very light to forceful if necessary.I use the least force necessary to help your condition. I always use soft tissue work which may involve myofascial release, acupressure, trigger point, vibratory massage, stretch release and other soft tissue work. I also use various Physiotherapy modalities including ultrasound, computerized electrical therapy and vasopheumatic procedures. I always talk about home care during the treatment phase and about how to take care of the condition after treatment ends. This will include stretching, exercises, activities of daily living and ergonomic (workplace) adaptations. My goal is always to get you, the patient the most efficient treatment available. I work to give you relief, manage your symptoms and get you back to your daily activities as quickly as possible.
