Taking quality meats and slowly smoking them with an indirect wood-burning fire is the secret to authentic and tender Texas barbeque. Standard menu offerings include brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, turkey breast, chicken and sausage served with Tootie’s own barbeque sauce—regular or spicy Kick Ass! version. All menu items can be ordered to go. Bulk orders and catering are also available.
